Group classes meet twice a week and are 75 minute workouts. Contact me for more information, to schedule classes or to schedule make-up classes.

Spin & Lower Body Class Options: Pick your first weekly class at a time that works best for you on Monday or Tuesday.

Monday options: 9:00 - 10:15 a.m. OR 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. (NOTE: Monday morning class is
later to accomodate summer schedules.)
Tuesday: 7:30 - 8:45 p.m.

Spin & Upper Body Class Options: Pick your second weekly class at time that works best for you on Wednesday or Thursday.

Wednesday: 9:00 – 10:15 a.m.
(NOTE: Wednesday morning class is later to accomodate summer schedules.)
Thursday options: 8:15 – 9:30 a.m. OR 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.

Spin class is 60 minutes long.

Friday: 8:15 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. (NOTE: For group class participants, there is an option for 30 minutes/two rounds of weight training post-spin.)

Intensati classes are 75 minutes and are held both a my studio (on Tuesdays) and at The Rhythm Room, 14261 Ventura Boulevard, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423, near Beverly Glen (on Saturdays).

Tuesday: 8:30 - 9:45 a.m. in my studio
Saturdays: 9:00 - 10:15 a.m. at The Rhythm Room
